The condo unit is right on the ski slope, making it easy to ski in and out during the day. This was ideal for us with a family with two small kids where we could trade off who was watching them. Unit is comfortable and spacious. Management was very responsive to some minor issues that came up. And Steamboat is a great place to ski overall.

Even though the condo is dated, it’s very comfortable. The ski out hill is treacherous we’ve all fallen getting down the hill to the run and we are very experienced skiers. But accessing the mountain is very close. There was a problem with the wifi, because the office information was out of date. The view from the condo is spectacular. However, the location is so far up the hill that you need a car to get anywhere. Thank god for Uber and Lift.

Condo is great and mountain is better, the ony negative is the ski in ski out concept is a bit of a challenge. We were ok but we were a group of good skiers but it required some tree skiing skills to negotiate the skiing to the door and to ski out from the door. But it can be done, if you arent a good skier you may find your self hiking 30 yards up or down a steep hill.
